Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are required to register with their respective one-stop service providers to apply for a business license and apply for the necessary recommendations.

The agency shall revoke the registration upon any of the following:

(a)  handing over the registration certificate by the operator;

(b)  termination of business under any existing law;

(c)  transformation of business beyond the definition of small and medium enterprises which are over the limitation of three years.
