In doing so, the transactions shall be made through the Security Exchange Company and such “Security Exchange Company” shall perform according to the Operational Procedure and T-Bond, T-Bill Offering Memorandum issued by the Central Bank of Myanmar on 9.11.2017.

Foreign companies and foreign corporations  registered under Myanmar Companies Law and Non-governmental International Organization registered under Association Registration Law within the Republic of the Union of Myanmar which are having eligibility of the definition of resident foreigner prescribed under the Foreign Exchange Management Law,  are allowed to purchase the Government Security Bonds in accordance with the regulations stating from 2.12.2019.
