It is announced that at least 50% of equity ratio shall be owned by the Myanmar citizen and the administrative power is in their hand in case of Joint Venture for the application of license.

It is allowed to apply the license for for the Securities Company by the 100% Myanmar citizens owned company. 

Joint Venture Company formed with Myanmar citizens and foreigners are also allowed for the security exchange business due to no business operation in Myanmar previously.
