User means a person driving or walking on the road and bridge prescribed by this relevant Ministry or by other means;

Use means the use of roads and bridges in any way prescribed by the relevant Ministry;

Utilization fee means the fee paid for the use of the road and bridge in any way prescribed by the relevant Ministry;

If the driver or user fails to pay the usage fee, the usage fee and fine shall be paid according to the method prescribed by the relevant Ministry.

Whoever is convicted of violating the provision of section 8 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or a fine of not less than 50,000 kyats and not more than 100,000 kyats or both punishments must be imposed.
